This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to manage and lead a recruitment team effectively. The Senior Recruitment Manager must be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a deep understanding of the talent market and recruitment strategies.Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and talent needs.Maintain and expand various recruitment channels, and manage them effectively to attract and engage talent.Oversee the entire recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.Establish and maintain a talent pool, continuously exploring new recruitment channels and promoting the company's external recruitment branding.Work closely with the company's talent development plan to establish a reserve talent selection and talent pool mechanism, ensuring the quality and rapid supply of talent during the company's development stages.Deeply understand the talent requirements of the company's business, and facilitate talent identification, reserve, development, mobility, and redeployment, assisting in the optimization of the internal organizational structure and personnel.Monitor and analyze recruitment effectiveness and costs, making improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth recruitment processes and timely delivery of talent.Stay updated with industry trends and practices in recruitment, and apply them to improve the recruitment processes and outcomes.Complete other recruitment-related tasks and assignments as assigned by the company.Downtown location|a Well-paid Job
  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in HR function, relevant retail TA will be preferred
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute in a high-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish strong working relationships with cross functions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel
