Tasks Description of Tasks：· Create technique specification for low voltage wiring harness and wiring harness sub-components;· Low voltage wiring harness development, include electrical schematic diagram design, layout design, 3D/2D drawing, etc;· Lead wiring harness routing and fixation evaluation, and lead the routing simulation activities;· Lead the wiring harness power distribution, ground layout, and fulfill bus system requirements to wiring harness like network performance/EMC;· Coordination with cross department for packaging solutions;· Lead wiring harness verification, testing and function release.· Lead the modulization to fulfill KSK demand;· Create development time plan base on project demand;· Cooperate with RD Germany/India as part of global development network;· Engineering change management and documentation, suppleir management, assemble tryout support to plant;· Support supplier audit and normination;· Cooperate with project management team, packaging team, cross function team, purcument team, quality team, suppliers and plant, grantee development timeline and maturity.· Troubleshooing support from development, quality, CAPA, aftersales;· Support Low voltage wiring harness localization and components deep localization;· VAVE and innovation.Qualifications Education Bachelor degree or above in automotive, electrical engineering, or similar course of studies.Experience · Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial;· Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (e.g. internships) as well as applicants with minimum 3 years' work experience for low voltage wiring harness development at OEMs or suppliers;· Be familiar with the process of low voltage wiring harness development, validation and release process;· Be familiar with schematic diagram design, layout design, 3D & 2D drawing creation;· Knowhow on power distribution, ground layout, bus system requirements to wiring harness like network performance/EMC, etc;· Knowhow on wiring harness protection, fixation and connection technologies;· Knowow on wiring harenss sub-components selection;· Be familiar with KSK process and modulization experience;· Could use 3D/2D tools (ex, NX, E3 cable, etc.);· Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Specific Knowledge· Self-responsible working attitude and strong initiative, structured working styles;· Team work spirit, strong intercultural competence and communication skills;· Willing to learn;· With mind-set of customer orientation and pioneering spirit;· High commitment for automobiles;· Willingness to travel inside China and abroad to prepare and support launches at JV/suppliers.
