Tasks Description of Tasks：· Create technique specification for axle wiring harness and its sub-components;· Axle wiring harness development according specification requirements, include electrical schematic diagram design, layout design, 3D/2D drawing, etc;· Axle wiring harness routing and fixation evaluation at dynamic axle area, and lead the simulation activities;· Cross coordination with Chassis, BIW and packaging team for packaging solutions;· Lead wiring harness verification, testing and function release.· Support low voltage wiring harness sub-component development and localization;· Verification, testing and release supporting of wiring harness sub-components· Engineering change management and documentation, supplier management, assemble tryout support to plant;· Support supplier audit and nomination;· Create development time plan base on project demand;· Lead and organize cross-functional teams, drive project progress, and ensure timely delivery· Cooperate with RD Germany/India as part of global development network;· Cooperate with project management team, packaging team, cross function team, procurement team, quality team, suppliers and plant, grantee development timeline and maturity.· Troubleshooting support from development, quality, CAPA, aftersales;· Support axle wiring harness localization and components deep localization;· VAVE and Innovation.Qualifications Education Bachelor degree or above in automotive, electrical engineering, or similar course of studies.Experience · Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial;· Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (e.g. internships) as well as applicants with minimum 3 years' work experience for axle/wheel speed wiring harness development at OEMs or suppliers;· Be familiar with the process of axle wiring harness development, validation and release process;· Knowhow on wiring harness sub-components (connector, terminal, bracket, cable, tape, clip etc.) development, validation and release;· Knowhow on axle wiring harness routing and fixation evaluation at dynamic axle area, and experience on simulation;· Be familiar with schematic diagram design, layout design, 3D & 2D drawing creation;· Knowhow on wiring harness protection, fixation and connection technologies;· Could use 3D software (ex, NX etc.) to check 3D data;· Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Specific Knowledge· Self-responsible working attitude and strong initiative, structured working styles;· Team work spirit, strong intercultural competence and communication skills;· Willing to learn;· With mind-set of customer orientation and pioneering spirit;· High commitment for automobiles;· Willingness to travel inside China and abroad to prepare and support launches at JV / suppliers.
