- Support the management and adjustment of sales incentive schemes for HS sales teams and product sales teams in alignment with company incentive policies and governance principles.
- Perform quarterly and annual bonus calculations, including data preparation, logic validation, exception handling, and result reconciliation.
- Conduct incentive analysis across teams, roles, KPIs, and achievement levels to provide insights for management review and decision-making.
- Act as a key contact point for incentive-related inquiries, providing timely Q&A support and coordinating issue resolution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve incentive calculation processes, reporting efficiency, and communication effectiveness.
- Must have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Sales Incentive, or Performance Management roles.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with hands-on experience in complex bonus or commission calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI or other reporting / visualization tools is preferred.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
