Job Title Assistant Business Operations ManagerJob DescriptionYou are responsible forBusiness Performance ManagementEstablish and maintain the business performance management systemSupport business team in win-loss analysis and drive the execution of improvement actions to systematically improve the win rateMonitor the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure the long-term business growthDrive Commercial ExcellencePartner with business team to deliver strategic transformations (e.g., High-Value Customers Program)Connect and collaborate with BU Commercial ExcellenceTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceStrategic and logical thinking.Strong business acumen and sensitive to data, strong data analytics capability.At least eight years’ experience in Operation, Sales, Strategy, business development, with strong business/marketing related missionProject management experience is a plus.Capability to influence senior executives through strength of ideas and personality.Problem solving capability.Proven track record in generating insights from data to improve performances or processes.Good working attitude, willingness to learn.Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional teamCommunications skills, analytical skills, bidding knowledge and PC application software skills.Strong business sense. Able to work independently under pressure.Fluent English and Chinese (both written and spoken)About Philips
