targets.Being responsible for leading a high performing field sales team focused on Air/LCL business including of Export and Import, driving AIR/LCL customer retention and expansion development and performance delivery across the area, This role ensures alignment with organizational goals by fostering client relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Define sales strategy & commercial priorities for the Air/LCL business
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals
- Ensure optimal activity and account management to truly understand customers and their needs.
- Ensure sales effectiveness & efficiency and Team management & optimization
- Facilitate Training, Grow meeting ,coaching field sales representatives for capability improvement
- 10-12 years in logistics/freight forwarding, with 5+ years leading sales teams.
- Proven sales leadership and team motivation, have strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic logistics challenges (e.g., rate/capacity fluctuations), have strategic thinking to convert market insights into actionable plans.
- Analytical/critical thinking for data driven decisions.
