Assists to direct the functions of operations, administration and planning of the Food & Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation. All department policies / service procedures.完整掌握餐饮各分部相关信息,所有经营设备,每日入住率,入店/离店,贵宾,内部活动的日程安排,地点和时间,正确的保养和使用设备。所有部门政策/服务程序。Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness. Instruct designated personnel to rectify any cleanliness / organization deficiencies.检查存储区域的物品,组织和情节。纠正任何清洁/组织方面的错误,并派专人调整。Review sales for previous day; resolve discrepancies with Accounting.
