Overview:To support the development and execution of innovation initiatives within the VA hot segment, with a focus on innovation delivery, channel‑portfolio planning, and pilot activation in line with evolving portfolio priorities. The role contributes to business growth by coordinating consumer insights, leadning in product ideation and development, and executing market tests to ensure innovation success, while maintaining alignment with the broader Quaker innovation agenda.With the de‑prioritization of non‑meal platforms, the scope of this role is limited to enabling big‑bet innovation success within the VA hot segment rather than leading strategic transformation, reflecting its positioning at the Assistant Manager level Responsibilities: * Support Innovation Opportunity Validation, Planning & Ideation
  • Apply consumer insights and market data to support identification of innovation ideas within the VA hot segment.
  • Assist in channel‑focused portfolio planning and contribute to prioritization of initiatives aligned with the “fewer, bigger” innovation agenda.
  • Ensure Innovation Execution Success
  • Coordinate cross functional activities to deliver consumer relevant product launches, ensuring operational readiness and executional excellence.
  • Support project teams in resolving executional challenges to secure timely and successful delivery.
  • Enable Go-to-Market Delivery with Channel Focus and Post-Launch Tracking
  • Collaborate with the TMKT team on innovation GTM planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maximizing launch effectiveness.
  • Adapt GTM activities to evolving channel dynamics in the China market, supporting focused portfolio strategies for each channel.
  • Collect and analyze consumer feedback and sales data to recommend improvements that strengthen innovation outcomes.
  • Monitor Financial & Operational Metrics
  • Track project budgets and performance indicators, ensuring disciplined execution and transparent reporting against defined targets.
  • Provide input to management on risks and opportunities identified during project monitoring.

  • Consumer Feedback Scores (qualitative/quantitative)
  • Contribution to Net Revenue Target Achievement (%)
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field- Proven track record in leveraging consumer insights to develop and launch successful innovations- Experience in local-for-local product development- Background in consumer insights and strategy preferred- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across global, regional, and local teams- Knowledge of the nutrition category preferred- Proficiency in spoken and written English
