- Design and innovate motor insurance management related product based on understanding of China motor insurance industry needs, market development trends and regulatory environment.
- Effectively manage the product cycle in the roadmap to constantly enhance value in the marketplace.
- Sale supports on new products' market penetration.
- Precisely and promptly upgrade/improve existing products, with sufficient resource support planning and arrangement, to fulfill the change of the market needs.
- Enhance company's branding through conducting new product market campaigns with market team.
- Collaborate with other teams to perform high quality outputs.
- Undergraduate and above, focus on problem solving with logical thinking and analytical mindset.
- 8+ years working experience in related motor insurance management including but not limited to underwriting, pricing, renew and claim.
- Rich experience in product management with strong ownership and decisive mentality.
- Great capability in communication (both internal and external), team collaboration and project management.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using MS office tools.
