This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in platform engineering, developer experience, or data science. Platform Ownership: Define and evolve product strategy for core WinPD services with a focus on scalability, resilience, and developer usability in production environments.
Customer Empathy: Champion the voice of developers and data scientists by understanding workflows, pain points, and success metrics.
Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering to design APIs, automation, tooling, and validation frameworks for high-scale, low-latency services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with security, reliability, and infrastructure teams to integrate WinPD capabilities into the broader Windows ecosystem.
Communication & Influence: Clearly articulate product vision, roadmap, and trade-offs to engineering leadership and partner teams.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical and organizational challenges in ambiguous contexts.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

OR equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and developer platforms.
Proven success building products for technical audiences (developers, data scientists).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in software engineering or data science.
