- Develop and Execute Digital Merchandising Strategies: Drive the creation of detailed merchandising strategies, briefs, and plans for campaigns and promotions, collaborating with worldwide DE&M, commercial, marketing, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure Local Relevance and Optimization: Partner with worldwide and regional cross-functional teams for product launches, ensuring merchandising (navigation,content, curation) is locally relevant and optimized for performance.
- Analyze Performance and Drive Insights: Generate comprehensive reports and analyze store performance to extract actionable insights, translating them into clear recommendations and strategic plans for continuous improvement.
- Enhance Customer Journey: Work cross-functionally to deeply understand the customer journey and implement strategies that significantly enhance the digital shopping experience across platform stores.
- Global Collaboration: Engage in regular meetings with peers across AMR and Europe, ensuring alignment and collaboration during overlapping business hours.
- 7+ years of experience in digital commerce, marketing, customer experience, digital merchandising, or equivalent experience
- Deep knowledge in China digital/social commerce platforms
- Fluent English and Chinese
- Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences.
- BA/BS in a related field.
- Experience enhancing digital merchandising performance through data-driven insights.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of China e-commerce platforms, regional retail trends, including shopping behaviors, consumer preferences, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Familiar with using platform analytics reporting tools, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
