2.熟练使用精益生产的相关工艺分析失效问题
3.有丰富的经验应对生产过程产生的问题
4.产线Te、changeover、ergonomics、lauout优化、标准文件编制
5.产线MTM、VSM、线平衡分析及标准文件制定
6.现场质量缺陷、报废问题的分析和解决，经验传承
7.WI等相关标准作业问题的培训
8.基于销售预测的产能分析及优化，月度实际产能统计
9.组装及其他工艺过程的支持与参与任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历
2.至少五年注塑相关工作经验，熟悉注塑相关设备的工艺参数要求
3.英语读写熟练
