- Localize sales decks base on products literatures, trials reports released to make its wording to be with Chinese thinking logic, simple, comprehensive, easy-understanding and more attractive
- Provide products/tech trainings to internal/distributors’ sales team to introduce IFF Animal Nutrition and Health products, value proposition and related solutions;
- Proactively support new business development activities and deliver trainings to customers/ key end users, generate market needs or market pull-through for sustainable business growth;
- Follow and handle customer complaints;
- Conduct competitive analysis related to key products from key competitors within territory and health product sector in technical ways
- Provide technical support and services for super key accounts in Health Product segment in Greater China sub-region and standard influencing on industrial, national, and enterprise standards in health products applications
- Establish and maintain good relationship with key influencers to improve personal/company brand reputation in feed industry
- Build deeper relationship with tech stakeholders to create a strong mindshare mutually for sustainable sales growth
- M.S. degree and above in zootechnical science or with equivalent education
- 5+ years of total work experiences in tech service in feed additives/enzymes/health products is preferred
- Technical communication skill with customers
- Self-motivated - Initiates appropriate actions and follows through without prompting or close supervision
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Capabilities in organizing customer event- international/domestic study tour, seminars or innovation interactions
- Willingness to travel more than 50% of working time
- Good command in Chinese and English, written and verbal
- Knowledge of Feed additives, enzymes/gut health products application/feed
- Strong analytical skills for discoveries from potential customers to dig out their pain points or items we may improve with attractive ROI
- Solid presentation skills
