This role offers exposure to cross-functional compliance processes, data analysis, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Case Management
- Triage and document customer complaints via email, including evidence collection.
- Initiate case investigations, draft communications to complainants, and gather supplementary proof.
- Prepare case briefs with evidence summaries and issue internal verification notices.
- Validate audit datasets using serial number (SN) analytics.
- Identify high-risk transactions and generate targeted audit lists.
- Organize evidence/documentation in centralized management platforms.
- Curate and validate data feeds for compliance dashboards.
- Assist in developing/maintaining Power BI dashboards for fraud monitoring.
- Compile data summaries for compliance performance reports.
- Education: Final-year undergraduate or graduate student in Data Analytics, IT, Automation, Statistics, or related fields.
- Language: Fluent English (professional email writing/documentation essential).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Strong data organization/processing capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft power BI, SAP and salesforce is a plus
- Soft Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving and learning agility.
- Basic stakeholder communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration to work to deliver common target with virtual team, strong problem solving skills and take responsibility to delivery result as committed.
- Power BI hands-on experience (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
- Prior internship/project experience in data management or compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM/platform management systems.
