As part of DPDHL, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities.We are looking for an intern position in APAC at China, Beijing for a period of 12 months.Job Purpose:

Double check and ensure the lease data is accurate after migrated to the new system
Maintain the new system with no missing fields, accurate data and complete information of each lease contract

Your tasks:

Well-known CRE’s portfolio management systems – Planon
Double check the data accuracy in Planon
Supplement the missing lease data / terms information in Planon
Input lease data / terms information into new fields of Planon
Double check the lease contract to ensure that all the data / terms information required by Planon has input completely
Input lease data and perform cross-check in different internal online systems to assure data accuracy and inclusion

Your profile:

Can commit at least 3 full working days per week
Excellent attention to details and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Willing to learn, and can work independently after sufficient training
Good communication skills, and can be adaptive to a large organization
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese are must– both written and spoken
Past experience in lease administration/data system exposure is a plus
