- Ability to lead and deliver timely and meaningful assurance and advisory engagements with minimum supervision. The engagements are delivered in line with our quality standards, including not only identifying gaps in control and risk management, but also actively sharing good practices and insights across Haleon.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, both in verbal communication, formal presentation, and in writing. Proactively engage and collaborate with stakeholders, able to build trusted relationship during the life cycle of engagements and outside of engagements.
- Lead initiatives to support Audit Leadership team for stakeholder management, risk insights sharing and contribute knowledge/insights for audit strategy.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects to promote excellence and drive efficiencies in ways of working.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and able to lead multi-cultural teams, exhibit strong accountability to drive excellence while creating a vibrant, values-based work environment.
- Lead by example, by challenging the status quo, adopting a flexible approach to work, rebalancing priorities for self and team where necessary and solving problems creatively.
- Proactively coach and mentor peers and junior team members during and outside engagements; actively giving and receiving feedback to develop self and others. Demonstrate a growth mindset, proactively seeking opportunities to grow self and others.
- At least 12 to 15 years prior experience, ideally with combined experience in a Big4 firm and Finance/Commercial experience in FMCG or Healthcare industry.
- Travel is required for this role (25% to 30%).
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese are required, as this role will liaise and interact with stakeholders in China, wider APAC and global functions.
