Bose Software Organization is seeking an experienced manager who can lead and drive our mobile application development. This is a position requiring strong leadership and hands-on technical experience driving consistent software delivery to accommodate product roadmap.Key Responsibilities:

Manage an engineering team of 10+ for mobile application development.
Support mobile app development to support consumer electronic product launches.
Support automotive app development on and android Automotive platform.
Work closely with other teams within global software organization, including embedded software, design, SQA, DevOps, product cloud and telemetry.
Manages and owns all phases of the app software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, code review, test design, unit testing, release engineering and documentation.
Build consistent app platform solutions and drive realization of architectural evolution.
Mentor engineers within team for synergy of execution towards organizational goals and objectives.
Partner with product management in features roadmap, product definition and priorities.

Qualifications:

10+ years leading embedded SW engineering teams of 50+.
Extensive experience as engineer manager with in-depth knowledge of mobile application development lifecycle.
Hands-on mobile app software development experience, proficiently in both native application development (Kotlin/Swift) and hybrid framework development (React Native/Flutter).
Knowledge of China specific app landscape and compliance, regulatory requirements.
Agile and waterfall development, best software maintenance practices in all stages of SDLC.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
