With 60+ employees and 6 offices in the region, my client specializes in denim and swimwear products and is known for its dynamic culture and growth potential.You will be based in the Hong Kong office, working closely with regional teams and suppliers. This role offers a rewarding career path in a vibrant and expanding business.A typical day will include the following:

Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from product development to shipment
Liaise with suppliers across Asia for sourcing, costing, and production follow-up
Coordinate with internal teams on design, QA, and logistics to ensure timely delivery
Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and order status
Analyze market trends and provide input on product planning and development

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Tertiary education or above in textiles, fashion, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in denim or swimwear
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin; regional sourcing experience is a plus
