Join us to make your contribution.This role will be responsible for driving the business in China, builing up ana managing the relationship between dealers and farmers, convey MF value proposition, fmeet the customers' needs and reach the sales target, to achieve AGCO's winning outcomes in terms of NPS, RONA and market share.Your Impact

Sales order process management, including new customer creation application, order approval, payment confirmation, and other admin process
Domestic made product SSB,GS and HHP 12 months rolling forecast and production demand collection
Product shipping management: make sure smooth communicate among salesman, dealers and factory for timely delivery
Dealer inventory analysis: collect dealer inventory information as per product, configuration from each dealer
Dealer communication: inform to proceed order, and send out related notice timely
Communicate with Finance to follow up AR and credit

Your Essential Skills

Bachelor degree, with at least 3 year work experience
Good communication skill with salesman and dealers
Detail-oriented, patient and high sense of responsibility
Good anti-pressure capability
