- To grow the business:
- By managing and growing business with existing accounts.
- By develop and create more opportunities with the key accounts.
- To develop and meet AOP targets.
- Key contact for assigned accounts in China, need to lead the internal team to help our growth in the accounts.
- To develop and maintain good relationships with key accounts, smooth the communication.
- Support and contribute actively to company’s growth programs.
- Work on the strategy with the key account, promote our business model.
- Associate with the Regional KAM to achieve the regional AOP, promote Avery’s regional business strategy, monthly report, regional key projects, and service improving programs.
- Work closely with customers to ensure that
- Customers place Pos with us on time.
- We respond timely to enquiries and technical issues.
- Demonstrates Avery Dennison as a service oriented company.
- Payment on time as the key accounts committed.
- Be a constant source of market knowledge, new applications; customers’ activities; market research activities; competitive activities.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical selling skills and effective utilization of sales tools.
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering or Business.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or marketing.
- Experience of selling PSA, films, liner or adhesive manufacturing, or electronics/automotive products is preferred.
- Possess good business acumen or has a good track record in sales and/or marketing.
- Able to relate to both technical and commercial matters comfortably.
- Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software and Lotus Notes.
- Possess own transport.
