  • Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
  • Leading all sales activities in the relevant region
  • Checking RFQs and making decisions together with the Business Unit
  • Building up and maintaining the regional sales structures
  • Preparing the regional investment planning
  • Establishing personal business relationships at all customer levels with the Director Sales Global Account
  • Ensuring that ElringKlinger is included on the customer's supplier list
  • Acting as the technical interface to the customer
  • Preparing and carrying out TechReviews
  • Acting as the commercial interface to the customer in consultation with the Product Manager Sales
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, if required
  • Ensuring correct, qualified use of sales-related customer portals
  • Acting as the interface to ElringKlinger Business Units and production plants
  • Working closely with the Director Sales Global Account
  • Preparing the annual sales forecast per customer and region as well as future customer development
  • Preparing sales reports on time in a standardised format
  • Preparing and conducting the local annual price negotiations in consultation with the Director Sales Global Account
  • Controlling and reporting customer satisfaction, e.g. via customer portals
  • Entering project data on the relevant data platform, e.g. easyDoc
  • Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Executive Vice President Sales
  • Drawing up competitor analyses
  • Approving the local sales planning in the Global Sales Planning Tool (GSPT) for the relevant customers
  • Ensuring that quotes for customers conform to the RFQ in terms of design and calculation
