- Provides guest services and in-house service as leadership in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts and the Hotel.
- To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons’ Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications
- To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons’ Programs e.g. Guest History
- To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons’ standards operating policies and procedures
- Makes Guest delighted and retention is the primary focus of all job function
- Leads the respective sections’ colleague in the efforts to ensure guest was delighted
- Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures
- Maintains and enforces all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services
- Makes gust delighted, including internal customers, the primary focus of all duties

- Spot checks the phone log book to ensure the quick and correct handling of guest requests
- Analyzes and solves any recurring problems that arise
- Notes, collects and actions on any guest’ preferences
- Update guest history remarks (Opera system) for any guest complain or comments, to make sure delighted service presentation upon next arrival

- Offers all possible assistance to guests at all times
- Prepares annual budget for the Laundry Department
- Prepares laundry revenue per occupied room figures
- Prepares laundry expenses per occupied room figures
- Prepares annual Capex for needed equipment replacements and upgrades
- Monthly Forecast
- Prepares monthly forecasts, and maintains accurate revenue and expense figures to ensure correct forecasting
- Monitors and controls all Departmental expenses
- Prepares, check and signs all invoices and requisitions
- Signs all Purchase Orders
- Controls use of all chemicals and supplies to limit wastage
- Ensures that equipment is always in proper working condition
- Develops and oversees preventive maintenance program together with the Engineer Department
- Regularly inspects all machines and equipment
- Countersigns all work orders and inspection reports.
- Ensures items are processed in accordance to Four Seasons standards and requirements
- Communicates Four Seasons standards to staff
- Conducts daily quality inspections of all types of finished work

- Set up good relationship with all the department of the hotel, and keep smooth working
- Assist Security to identify any suspect and report to Security to make sure guest’s safe.
- Performs all duties in a manner that is environmentally responsible:
- Reduces waste of supplies and paper and other materials
- Conserves water and electricity
- Recycles glass, cans and paper when possible
- Complete 12 years’ school education

- Minimum 5 years’ International class Hotel working experience
