Ability to lead product development team, responsible for early ideation development, by translating seasonal trends to prototypes, new components, and visualizing product ideas for scalable development.
Responsible to develop supplier readiness and capability for constant flow of collection buying.
Collaborate closely with Assortment Designers, Component Leads and suppliers globally to bridge creative vision with production execution through clear and effective communication.
Have an excellent understanding of the product development flow from Idea to customer enabling you to identify and drive opportunities and ensure we develop suppliers for future growth.
Responsible for seasonal component development, ensuring alignment with fashion trends and global sourcing strategies, while developing supplier capabilities.
Maintain seasonal component libraries to streamline development processes and ensure consistency, while optimizing costs and maintaining quality.
Identify opportunities to refine component development workflows, leveraging supplier innovation and customer insights.
Lead team of product and component developers. Work closely with your leadership team to work towards achieving team goals, ensuring that operations run smoothly, and the product development team's goals are aligned with the Assortment goals.
Lead by H&M's leadership principles to foster team & people growth and aim for operational excellence.

Design and product development experience for Circular Jersey & Knitwear.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external. Strong communication skills.
