The role may also involve mentoring engineers and specialists in system development to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.Job Description:

Consult with relevant business end users to ensure appropriate business requirements/integrations of functions/projects to meet goals.
Coordinate with relevant IT teams for the necessary system enhancements, control system changes processes from requirements through implementation for the whole schedule and quality.
Work with internal parties to achieve business goals and negotiate with external parties as needed.
Provide evaluative judgments based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations.
Conduct UAT testing and Post checking for the business enhancements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline.
Good communication skills will be highly needed. Fluent in both English and Cantonese communication.
Proven relationship management skills to influence across business lines and partners.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with proactive, decisiveness, flexibility, and self-learning skills.
Prior working experience in a foreign company is a plus.
