- Conduct thorough market research to understand the ELSB business line landscape in China.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement long-term growth strategies.
- Facilitate the deployment of key initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate and drive key step-up growth initiatives to support long-term growth opportunities.
- Explore the in-organic growth opportunities, facilitate to ELSB leadership team to define the in-organic growth strategies and roadmap.
- Prepare and present reports on market insights and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including industry association, experts, customers, partners and startups.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, market research, or a related role, preferably in the electrification or smart buildings sector, or management consulting firms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
