  • Manage or assist equity portfolios under guidance of AIA’s investment mandates and philosophy and deliver results that meet/exceed company’s objectives
  • Undertake full spectrum of portfolio management activities including portfolio construction and maintenance, performance monitoring & analysis and risk management
  • Assist the Head of equity and CIO in management of AMC equity strategic initiatives in order to support the business’ sustainable growth
  • Constantly assist and refine equity investment process in accordance with changing local regulatory and company requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to the management of specific investment portfolios. Need to ensure the achievement of multiple investment targets and objectives on both annual and long term horizon. Need to prudently follow all requirements of investment mandate, regulations, and compliance
  • Responsible to the management of high dividend yield stock selection and high dividend yield portfolio management
  • Optimize investment return by effectively managing investment portfolio through sector allocation and stock selection according to changes in market dynamic
  • Participate on relevant research management work, if necessary
  • Provide fundamental, quantitative, and strategic analysis on macro economy, equity markets conditions and portfolio investment strategy with timely manner to CIO and Head of equity
  • Prepare regular and special portfolio management reports or company/industry reports
  • Contribute and participate in regular investment meetings to discuss market events and outlook
  • Maintain a good and close relationship with all AIA China AMC’s trading counterparties in order to capture investment opportunities and facilitate investment transactions
  • Assist in team management
  • Complete other tasks or projects assigned by Head of Equity and CIO
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Preferably with a Master Degree with at least 8 years of domestic A share market equity investment experience.
  • CFA or MBA preferred
  • Proven track record in portfolio management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg, Hundsun, Wind and other investment application software
  • Strong analytical and decision making skill
  • Accountable, efficient, focus, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Great team player
  • Proficient comment of spoken and written English in order to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
