Position OverviewAs the owner for multiple international brands in the mainland China market, you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing the brand’s annual plan to drive both business and brand growth based on stronglocal market insights. You will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across all channels, coordinateresources between Global/Japan headquarters and local partners, and ensure the effective implementation ofbrand strategies to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities1) Brand Strategy & Execution (60%)· Develop the brand’s annual plan based on local market insights to drive sustainable business and brandgrowth.· Manage the brand portfolio and innovations to support channel expansion and growth.· Plan and execute integrated end to end brand marketing campaigns from ATL to BTL with strong consumer andchannel understanding.· Collaborate closely with key internal and external commercial and marketing stakeholders to drive businessgrowth and maximize budget efficiency.2) Partnership Management (25%)· Maintain daily communication with Global/Japan partners, aligning local market resources with HQ initiatives.· Participate in partnership negotiations, integrating HQ resources with local capabilities to identify growthopportunities.· Coordinate cross-regional operations including finance, logistics, and commercial updates.3) Financial & Budget Management (10%)· Apply basic P&L knowledge to support daily financial processes and planning.· Manage brand budget with accurate planning, agile adjustments, and logical resource allocation.4) Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination (5%)· Work closely with logistics and commercial teams to ensure timely product supply, especially during out-ofstock (OOS) periods.Experience· 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, preferably with multinational or Japanesecompanies· Prefer end-to-end experience of brand management (capable of driving business growth)· Hands-on experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTLchannels.· Experience in partnership management or cross-regional coordination is a plus.Competencies & Skills· Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills to navigate cultural differences in collaboration.· Ability to engage and mobilize regional sales, channel partners, and distributors for local resources.· Capable of translating international brand assets into locally adaptable and impactful marketing executions.· Strong analytical and structural thinking skill· Resilient and results driven, strong in project management, good at handling complex tasks independently· Basic understanding of finance and supply chain operations, with the ability to collaborate across functions.· Excellent written and oral English is a MUST; Japanese language skills are advantageous.· An eye for premium lifestyles & design, prefer worked with brands that at top tier of their category -Ownership, self-driven, resilient, creative, curious, enthusiastic, open-mined & drive for excellenceEqual Opportunity EmployerBudweiser APAC is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to workplace diversity and non-discrimination.
