About the roleThe role of brand manager is to support the Marketing Manager to ensure continuously strengthening brand equity, increasing market share and achieving sales growth target.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport SMM to prepare annual marketing plan & communication strategies including ATL & BTL activities cross omni-channels.Responsible for brand IMC planning and execution.Social and digital platform management.Business data analysis and monthly sales forecast.Understand and monitor the internal/external business environment in category, customer, consumers and competitors via market research and IMS/Kantar reports.Co-work with cross-functional teams to co-make media and trade plan.Product line extension and existing products managementQualifications and skillsAt least 5 years marketing experience with solid brand marketing experiences.Bachelor and above.Omni-channel (esp. E-commence or drugstore) business sense will be plus.Strong communication skill with cross-functional department.Fluent English skills.Strong strategic thinking and beautify sense.Adept at Microsoft office series, esp.
