2.To inspect and manage all kinds of machines and equipment in the area to prevent damage and loss of hotel property.
3. Supply different pastries, pralines and various products on time daily and check them at all times and replenish them in case of shortage. 4. Regularly educate and train staff to improve the technique of making pastries and decorating skills, and replenish them in case of shortage.
5.Responsible for the preparation and decoration of special cakes for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.
6.Responsible for the preparation of a variety of buns, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, and a variety of desserts for hot dishes.1.负责饼房制作食品的质量，检查食品所应达到的味道、温度和成色。
