2.Supervise and thoroughly implement portion control based on ingredient cards and portioning tests to minimize waste and damage;
3.To pay constant attention to the freshness, appearance and temperature of the food served to guests; to ensure that the work area, workstations, and utensils such as carving boards, slicers, blenders, mixers, knives, frying pans, kettles, pans, etc. are clean and sanitized in compliance with the Shangri-La Food Safety Management System.
