Checking of tables in the dining room and banquet department. Responsible for proper timing during service to ensure that guests are always served food of the finest quality;
2.Supervise and thoroughly implement portion control based on ingredient cards and portioning tests to minimize waste and damage;
3.To pay constant attention to the freshness, appearance and temperature of the food served to guests; to ensure that the work area, workstations, and utensils such as carving boards, slicers, blenders, mixers, knives, frying pans, kettles, pans, etc. are clean and sanitized in compliance with the Shangri-La Food Safety Management System.
4.Constantly attend to the freshness, appearance and temperature of food served to guests.1.检查餐厅和宴会部的摆台情况。负责服务当中的正确时间，确保总是为客人提供质量最优秀的食品；
