What You'll Do-You will provide technical expertise and functional experience to ensure product quality, quality systems integrity, process capability, waste improvement, and other areas of continuous improvement aligned with the targets and goals of the team.-You will implement & industrilize new products and processes; and respond to quality and technical problems and issues-You will work in a team environment with People Leader, Process Specialist and Reliability Specialist to deliver team KPIs.What We Are Looking For:- You with 5+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology- You with2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- You with experience in a Union environment
- You with experience in a Continuous lmprovement / Zero Loss Concept / Plant Optimization / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environmentGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
