Job Description:-You will support a "zero accident - absolute safety" focus and culture as a leader, and with safety being one of Goodyear's most important values.-You will provide technical expertise and functional experience to ensure product quality, quality systems integrity, process capability, waste improvement, and other areas of continuous improvement aligned with the targets and goals of the team. --You will implement & industrilize new products and processes; and respond to quality and technical problems and issues-You will work in a team environment with People Leader, Process Specialist and Reliability Specialist to deliver team KPIs.Job Qualification:- You have Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.-You with 5+ years of manufacturing experience in plant quality & technology.- You with 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment -You are able to communicate in English in a fluent way.-You with tire industry experience would be a plus.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
