Ensure the institution is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective students and retain existing ones
Analyze brand positioning and customer insights
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Implement strategy and all marketing campaigns for IBD Team China
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends, research international education markets and competitors’ activities
Monitor product distribution and customer reactions
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Updating line manager on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Develop and prepare marketing materials for Greater China market
RequirementsYou would need to have:
Proven related working experience in international education industry
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges partnered with a creative and innovative mind
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Outstanding communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
