- Be responsible for organizing and monitoring training activities of the Hotel, particularly to ensure that said activities are in line with hotel goals and objectives.
- The position also assists in the implementation of systems and programs in employee relations and revenue generation programs which assist in accomplishing hotel and department goals and objectives.
- To conduct training analysis, then plan and implement relevant training based on the training needs.
- To implement core training according to the band standard and requirements of Shangri-La group.
- To design and organize staff program to encourage and motivated staffs.
- To implement colleagues' development program and assist colleagues to achieve their career development goal.
- You should be a motivator, self-starter, and team builder.
- You should display initiative and commitment to professional values.
- Basic in oral and written English and Mandarin due to the working needs.
- Good skill in computer using, such as PPT, Word and Excel.
- Have a skill in photograph and video making.
- Will to work under pressure.
