Learn more at .职位描述ABOUT YOUR ROLE:Responsible for establishing and maintaining the coating/slitting process capabilities of Avery Dennison's Changzhou plant, including the maintenance and optimization of the mixing, coating, and slitting processes.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Lead the process trial planning, execution, tracking, summarization, and optimization for new product projects on the coating line to ensure smooth New Product Introduction (NPI).Lead or participate in process-related SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) improvement projects for coating, adhesive mixing, and slitting, including but not limited to increasing first-pass yield, production speed, product quality rate, and reducing energy consumption.Be responsible for or participate in technical upgrade and modification projects for process-related equipment.Establish and continuously maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and key process parameter documentation for coating, adhesive mixing, and slitting processes.Be responsible for developing process problem-solving manuals and providing professional training to on-site employees.Closely collaborate with EHS, Production, and Maintenance departments to improve and continuously update process-related PSM (Process Safety Management) information.职位要求Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.Proven ability to independently plan, organize, execute, troubleshoot, and report on projects.Possess innovative and breakthrough thinking; strong willingness and capability for self-learning to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.Demonstrate excellent execution and a strong resilience to proactively overcome challenges and difficulties.Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, adept at cross-functional collaboration and leveraging internal/external resources to drive project advancement.Strong logical analysis and critical thinking skills, capable of forming independent ideas and theories.Preference for candidates with Six Sigma project experience and familiarity with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, and SPC.Familiarity with quality management system standards, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.Good command of English (both written and verbal) for effective international/cross-functional technical communication.其他信息AVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER.
