-Calculation and improvement of cycle time toward maximize capacity utilization ( Max-Thruput )
-To propose and lead key improvement projects to optimize labor utilization, lower scrap and defective and to improve Material Utilization Index ( MUI)
-Develop and design tools according to process and quality requirement.
-Use of the Lean manufacturing principles for Continuous improvement
-Teamwork with production and Quality teams to complete process improvements
-To participate in training idefined by the company and training to associates as required
-To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative
-Other tasks assigned by department manager.Keys to Success
- Acquires general knowledge of principles and practices of related fields, and ability to function on multidisciplinary teams.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market

- Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
2. Knowledge of IATF-16949
3. University education
4. Engineering background is preferred
5 .Minimum 5 years working experience
6. Foreign company working experience ( Ammerican company is preferred)
