2. Conduct an expert assessment and liaise internally with different Mercedes-Benz departments (QM, RD...) or with external suppliers for imported purchased parts supplied by Mercedes-Benz AG to BBAC.
3. Be responsible for claim-analysis, claim placement to possible causer and closing of claims. Moreover, ask for countermeasures from the supplier and track for realization. Operate the claim in the IT system SQMS
4. Work together with aftersales teams from BBAC, BMBS and GCSP to align field issues' causer; organize regular meetings and prepare reports to management
5. Maintain and strengthen international exchanges with suppliers and global QM network. Demonstrate and promote highly professional quality activities within the team and to peers.QualificationsQualificationEducation
- Master / Bachelor of Engineering area
- 5 years of work experience on quality management in an international environment
- Extensive knowledge of automotive components
- Experience in field quality, recall, aftersales is a plus
- Skills in supplier process analysis and problem solving based on 8D process. VDA6.3, IATF 16949 tools knowledge and experiences preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; Passionate to work with people
- Strong quality sense with high proactive motivation, always seek for continuous improvement
- Fluent in English, German skill is a plus
