This position is to take lead in execution of the channel operation for full cycle of distributor management to ensure efficiency and compliant channel operation for business growth, will include but limited to conduct distributor onboarding, authorization, termination, etc., also will include to support the optimization of channel operation, review operation process and analyze the distributor-related data regularly.Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Commercial Excellence 商业运营 (40%)
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial excellence professionals, including Channel Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Market Intelligence, etc. Provide the team with strategic oversight, guidance and support to drive high performance and professional development
- Drive the “One Data” initiative and digitalization of the end-to-end commercial process from market analysis to order fulfillment to ensure data consistency, process efficiency, and operational transparency
- Build solid channel performance measurements to evaluate and track KPIs, assess market coverage, penetration, win and lose orders, and initiate channel incentive mechanism.
- Optimize channel management process.
o Build effective communication on channel operation policy with channel partners & sales to ensure complete implementation.
- Ensure company's quality and compliance policy and guidelines are understood by Channel partners.
- Track the dynamic policies of national and local procurement platforms (including Volume-Based Procurement (VBP), high-value consumables centralized procurement), establish a policy knowledge base, and issue interpretation reports to predict the impact on product access.
- Monitor national/regional bidding information, collect competitors' bidding data, winning prices, and market structure to form competitive intelligence, providing a basis for bidding strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 8 years' relevant management experience in medical device and pharma industries
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Competence on data analysis and presentation. Be excellent on Excel or power BI for data analysis.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
