Responsibility:1.Brand strategy development-Responsiblefor brand strategy and annual marketing plans (3YP & 1YP) to continue build brand equity, as well as achieve commercial objectives.-Identifyconsumer/shopper insights and opportunities to create brand linkages and translate those insights into brand strategy development.2.Brandmanagement-Brand Campaign Development: take final responsibility of assigned project delivery,work closely with team members,connection, trade marketing team as well as agencies to develop innovative and effective campaigns.-IMC Assets Development: Lead creative agencies to think strategically and focus on developing on-strategy, high quality IMC communication assets & ideas which truly leverage on solid consumer insights.-Annual media plan & execution with Connection Team & Media partners-Lead social strategy development & execution -Monitor execution of all projects and ensure prompt delivery in relation to overall marketing schedule.-Monitor competitive activities, brand health and brand share. Propose action to defend against competitive initiatives.3.Cross function communication & collaboration:-Demonstrate project ownership and establish a smooth & healthy relationship with Global team, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, Connection, PR, BU and other functions to cascade brand campaign information and ensure alignment for high quality activation execution in market.Qualification:1.Bachelor’s degree or above, marketing/communication major or MBA as a plus.2.8+ years and above in marketing (must have brand marketing experience), preferably within FMCG industry, prefer hard liquor or lifestyle brands.3.Strategic thinking, with clear vision on brand strategy4.Consumer-centric, good at analyzing consumer insights and commercial performance, and turning it into brand and business opportunity5.An eye for premium lifestyles & trendy design6.Good understanding of China media/digital/social environment, and being able to build strong connections plan with target audience7.Good at managing internal resource and external resource (agencies, platform,passion points)8.Strong sense of ownership, with passion and dedication to strive for result9.Disciplined execution, clear process management10.Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill11.Fast response, results oriented, self-driven12.Teamwork spirit
