- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in brand marketing with deep, demonstrated expertise in the basketball ecosystem (elite to everyday athletes).
- Genuine passion for basketball, culture, fashion, and growing the sport in underserved communities.
- Extensive knowledge of Nike Basketball products and athlete portfolio.
- Strong command of digital platforms (e-commerce, apps, etc.).
- Experience leading diverse, high-performance teams with a team-first mentality and influence at senior levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of inspiring internal and external audiences.
- Ability to balance creativity with discipline in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
