- Serve as the primary financial business partner for CAD, collaborating closely with commercial leader to understand their operational needs and provide financial guidance.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process for the business units, including developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with company-wide financial targets.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions, such as new project evaluations, pricing strategies, cost optimization initiatives, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track key financial metrics (KPI) for the business units, preparing regular financial reports and dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with the corporate finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, financial statements, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency, streamline budgeting/forecasting processes, and improve data accuracy and reporting timeliness.
- Support cross-functional projects, providing financial input and analysis to drive business growth and profitability.
- Train and guide business unit teams on financial concepts, budget management, and financial reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements that may impact the business units’ financial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
- 6-8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Financial BP or business partnering role.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a corporate environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business unit leaders to drive financial performance.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis) is mandatory.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
