Job Description:About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is critical in supporting business decisions through accurate financial reporting and analysis.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, payments, receivables, and financial reporting.
Manage cash flow, tax compliance, bank transactions, and monthly/yearly closing processes.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain internal controls, review expenses, manage payroll, and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
Provide financial data to support business operations, ensure compliance, and maintain complete financial records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
