We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
Business: IWPB TechnologyPrincipal responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of high-performance, scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
Architect and maintain AWS cloud-native solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
Drive technical excellence by conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and enforcing best practices in Java, databases (SQL), and Redis caching.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) to deliver robust, low-latency systems.
Research and implement emerging technologies (e.g., RAG, AI integration) to enhance product capabilities.
Develop and maintain Python-based scripts or services for automation/data processing.

Requirements

Core Java Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on Java development, deep knowledge of JVM, concurrency, Spring Boot/Cloud, and modern Java features (Streams, Lambdas).
LangChain/Spring AI Knowledge: Familiarity with LangChain or Spring AI frameworks as a necessary condition for the role.
Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and cloud architecture best practices.
Database & Caching: Strong skills in relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and Redis (clustering, performance tuning).
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, optimize bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions.
CI/CD & IaC: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Agile & Collaboration: Comfortable in Scrum/Kanban environments and working with remote teams.

Nice to have:

Python Proficiency: Experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask) for scripting or backend services.
RAG/AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or LLM integration.
