- Understands MED requirement in MA.
- Design and implement effective NVBP strategies, policies and procedures by working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Policy shaping and makes recommendations to the MED business, develops MA action plan aligned with business (e.g., Medical Reform, DRG, DIP, VBP, Tender, Pricing, buy local policy, etc.,) in central level.
- Be the core member of NVBP, medical services listing and pricing, medical insurance listing, buy local policy, leads internal task force in policy shaping, establishing bidding/listing strategy, making process smoothly, to ensure competitive advantage for MED products in NVBP/medical services listing and pricing/medical insurance listing/buy local policy.
- Develops national government/industrial projects to benefit MA progress.
- Be engaged in selected MA/GA project
- Be a trusted partner to customer with ability to influence and have a seat at customer table for driving program success
- Pursues broader GA opportunities through pilot partnership
- Familia with registration/industry and information tech customer and process will be a plus.
- Other tasks related to field needs.
- Over 5 years of professional experience. (Track record in a leading medical company would be a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of government institutions, regulation, policies and priorities in the healthcare area.
- Experience in working with government officials in health area, strong relationships with government officials.
- Willingness on developing in growing MA/GA organization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, strong business acumen and analysis capability, good planning and organization skills.
- Initiative, accountable, integrite, be good at strategic thinking and enable work under pressure, team sprit.
- Proven track record of building relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders. Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and payers, good conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Proven key account management and project planning skills.
- Result oriented, and customer focused.
- Rigorous time management skills to ensure delivery.
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
- Good computer skills.
