Join our Happeners!Job DescriptionMission:As part of the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Business Developer in Mainland China. In this role you will be responsible for developing partnerships and business development relationships to drive growth and manage strategic alliances with external partners.Main Responsibilities:New Business Development:
  • Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation to new to Coface segment with the objective to expand market penetration and grow the profits;
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions, accurate pricing & quotation process;
  • Customer management - drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business;
  • Drive product / technical knowledge for commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy;
  • Organizing pricing sheets, signed contract documents, customer details to back office for seamless new business set up;
  • Complete end-to-end new business process of customer and activate the account
Communication:
  • Establish and maintain communication links with other internal departments to identify all sales opportunities;
  • Work closely with the local Commercial teams to achieve the highest efficiency of the sales process by following group offering procedures, well-tailored offers and cost control.
Qualifications
  • Sales/operations experience ideally within information sales, credit insurance, fintech, marketplaces/ data organization;
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent;
  • Solid understanding of business, financial, products/services, the market, and the needs of
  • Proficiency (written and spoken) in English;
  • Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel. Assigned
  • University graduate in Business Studies or related subjects
  • At least 5 years working experience in providing customer support service
