The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in growing a business, familiarity and senior level connection with China XR companies, and out-of-the-box thinking capability to create and implement new business models. The candidate will work with product marketing, business unit, BD and customer engineering teams at Qualcomm, along with ecosystem partners, to advocate and drive new Qualcomm technologies into our customers, to match customer opportunities with product requirements, and untimely drive adoptions of Qualcomm products and solutions.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall semiconductor especially SoC experience; with relevant Sales and Business Development experience. With project management and technical presales experiences on XR, AI Glass and Camera are plus.
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Strong industry connection in IOT, AI, industry PC, and edge compute.
- Able to work across multi-functions/multi-individuals to achieve desired results.
- Excellent communication skills – must be able to speak fluently in Mandarin and English.
- Analytical thinker with a sales mentality, as well as analytical ability and a proven ability to execute strategy.
- Able to work under pressure.
