Position SummaryLead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation & benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain critical talent in support of the company's business strategy.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual C&B strategy aligned with corporate and talent strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end annual compensation review (merit, bonus, long-term incentives) across all employee levels.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis; maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job-grading architecture.
  • Design, benchmark, and manage comprehensive benefits programs (health, retirement, risk, wellness, mobility, and statutory benefits) ensuring cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to manage manpower cost budgets and provide predictive analytics.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and global governance standards; prepare C&B data for audits and statutory filings.
  • Lead or support M&A, greenfield, and divestiture C&B due diligence and integration activities.
  • Oversee HRIS and payroll interfaces to ensure accurate and timely C&B data.
  • Coach and develop junior C&B team members; manage vendor relationships and external consultants.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and narratives for HR committees and ExCo.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related discipline; Master's or CCP/GCC preferred.
  • Over 10 years of progressive C&B experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role within multinational industrial environments.
  • Deep knowledge of local labor law, social security, and tax regulations; APAC or global mobility experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel, HRIS (Workday, SAP, or similar), and survey tools (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages an asset.
