- Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues.
- Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
- Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.
Minimum of 3 years working experiences in Vacuum or relevant industrial field.
Excellent sales record from similar position selling high quality products;
Excellent forward planning, reporting and organization skills;
Good Relationship & people skills development ability;
Excellent presentation & negotiation skills;
Excellent verbal and written English required
