Time Type: Full TimeWorking Location: 宁波北仑区出口加工区扬子江南路5号7号库。General Responsibilities:Support sales department to achieve annual department budgetSmooth communication with client representatives in various regionsEnsure customer's satisfactionDetailed Responsibilities:Develop SOP regarding order flow and documentation based on Ningbo EPZ regulations and client requirements and proactive communication with customer to get them confirmedMapping out related KPI to tracking performance accordinglyProactive problem solving, take the lead to handle contingent case if occur and actions as client instructionsCo-operate and negotiate with service providers to ensure service quality and reasonable rates;Cost control in line with project overall targetInvolved A/R and A/P issue to ensure health FIN conditionTeam management such as job allocation, set objectives, motivate team membersMonitor team performance and improvement solution if neededContinuous improvement task taker to maintain high level services to dedicated clientEnough training on subordinates and other cross functional colleagues if needCommunicationsInternal - OPS team, freight forwarding team, FIN teamExternal - dedicated client, Broker具体职责:Competency & Qualifications:Competency Requirements Desired Level*Communication L4; Strong communication skill, service etiquette and real;Customer Service L4; Strongly sales oriented with excellent service etiquette;Team Work L4; Cooperative, and real team player with broad business insight;People Management L4; Self disciplined and good time management;Problem Solving L4; Strong analytical skills and be solution provider;Result Orientation L4; Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline;Qualifications RequirementsKnowledge & Skills Strong operational and warehouse management skills/strong interpersonal andleadership skills:Know-how of international forwarding ;Skillful communication with internal and externalGood spoken & written EnglishSkills in MS-Office softwareEducation & Training University degree or aboveExperience 7+ year work experiences in same industry with warehouse managementfunction, background for global 3PL/forwarder will be preferred;Personal Characteristics Accountable and responsible, Positive attitude under high pressure, patienceDSV - Global Transport and LogisticsDSV leverer nogle af de allerbedste resultater inden for transport- og logistikbranchen.
