- Be responsible for cell 5s management. Provide the training plan to ensure the training of 5S to all team members.
- Find solutions for efficient and cost-saving production, be responsible for workshop layout utilization and relevant management.
- Study current production organizational mode, find the improvement opportunities, and make the action plan. Train team members in the 6 Sigma, Engineering, Quality, Program Management…etc. when required to complete successful projects.
- Cooperate with production supervisor, process engineer for the new process development
- Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality and savings goals.
- 1 or more years of experience in Lean/Industrial Engineering (IE).
- Bachelor's degree and majored in IE, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Basic proficiency in English
- Solid knowledge on Lean relevant
- Familiar with CAD
